Editors notes: Thanks to the boys at Next Adventure for bringing this dry suit to our attention. This thing looks and feels like its going to take a beating. One of the main things I like about this design is, that the suit is contoured to a paddlers body. The shoulders are wide and the waist is snug. You don't feel like you are swimming in the suit. The Stikine Canyon also comes in blue. |
Palm has recently released their new generation kayaking dry suit, the Stikine Canyon. The S.C. drysuit is a rear entry model, constructed with Palms XP200, a proprietary 3-Ply breathable laminate fabric. Reinforced with Cordura on the elbows, knees, and seat, this suit is built to take a beating. The skirt tunnel portion is constructed of XP200 on the top, with a stretchy neoprene bottom, finished off with a rubberized gripper ring, and a sewn-in, shock corded waist. And of course, for those long days of paddling, A RELIEF zipper. |
